Do you have a size chart?

All our caps are one size fits all. You can adjust them with the Velcro closure at the back.

What are the shipping costs?

Belgium

€5.95 when you order for less than €50
Shipping is free when you order for €50 or more

The Netherlands

€5.95 on all orders. Sorry, dear northern neighbors!

When will my package be delivered?

If you order before 10 PM on a weekday, the package will be shipped the same day and you can - under normal circumstances - expect it a day later.

If you order on Saturday or Sunday, the postman will deliver your package on Tuesday.

During the holidays, shipping may take a few days longer than usual. Please keep this in mind.

I see a nice cap, but can I order it in a different color?

The caps you see in our webshop are the only ones available. A symbol on a different color cap is not currently possible.

The good news? When we launch a new collection, we change the colors of our caps as much as possible. So we try to keep things varied regularly. We hope you find something you like soon!

I want to return my order. How do I do that?

Send an email to info@vettepet.be and we'll be happy to help you from there. Be sure to include your order number, which you'll find in your confirmation email.
