All our caps are one size fits all. You can adjust them with the Velcro closure at the back.

Order on a working day before 4 pm and we'll ship your order the same day.

Order on a working day before 4 pm and your parcel ships the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm or at the weekend ship on the next working day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email so you can track it.

During the holidays, shipping may take a few business days longer. Please keep that in mind.

The caps you see in our webshop are the only ones available. A symbol on a different color cap is not currently possible.

The good news? When we launch a new collection, we change the colors of our caps as much as possible. So we try to keep things varied regularly. We hope you find something you like soon!

You have 60 days after delivery to return your order. Register your return via account.vettepet.be or email info@vettepet.be with your order number (you'll find it in your confirmation email).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless your cap is defective or you received the wrong product. You'll find all the details in our return policy.
